I bought 2 of 3600 eco power banks And it includes 2 free eco mini river They lied They never send nor respond to my email I emailed them 6 times They need to make sure to send you items what shows wirh your purchasing items I know I brought refurbished items but condition was really bad when I received them

I ordered 2 bogos back in August 2016. I never received anything. I called and they said it should be another month. Everytime I called, it was the same thing. The last time I spoke to them was the end of 2018 and was told they would send me a gift certificate for being so patient. The next day I received a $5.00 gift certificate (like I'm gonna use it). I have not heard a word from them. Then, today I look at my bank account and they have charged me $29.99 for a subscription box. Are you kidding me? I DID NOT ORDER THIS. Every number I called, including the number used on the bank draft is saying the number is no longer working. Now I have to have my bank card completed replaced because of this crap. I have many thing tied to my bank card that I pay on a regular basis. I would like to drive from Texas to Utah and have a face to face. Don't know what else to do. Please help!

I placed an order on a Friday for wedding items, I called Monday to cancel my order which is within my rights according to their terms and conditions. I was treated horribly and spoke down to. When I asked the supervisor "Mel" why she was being so rude and condescending when I was being polite and trying to find a solution she yelled at me and stated "I'm not arguing with you, I'm not being condescending that's your perspective" for which I replied "that's exactly what a condescending person would say". She didn't like that. She refused to help me and just quoted "its our policy"

I placed my order in April, 2017. The timeline wasn’t given prior to my order placement but in the confirmation. After several months I sent a message asking about my order. The response received something like “eh we don’t know” (my take on what they said). Months later I asked again. Same sort of response. After 7 months I asked for a refund. I didn’t have it in 2 months. I emailed and received the same sort of response. Each time the message is personalized and doesn’t appear to be a stock response. I don’t know how a business can think this is acceptable.

Do NOT purchase from these people. I placed an order that clearly was done in a rush even though it wasn't a rush order, received them today damaged. Not only from production with strands of hair-like glue from a glue gun all over my bouquet but my husband-to-be boutonniere was ripped, had two separate burn marks from the tip of a glue gun and was drooping as though it was an old wilted flower and all they're claiming is that its imperfections because it's a natural wood product. While I can understand that things aren't always going to be exactly as pictured I would expect expect it to at least be a product that was not damaged with a false claim of natural imperfections which is not the case and I will be taking them to a local dealer of their flower or rather a dealer of a similar product to get there impression as well to include in my dispute of my purchase. Additionally they have poor customer service response, and my purchase wasn't even complete, orders are to include 6 replacement flowers in case of damage during shipment which were not included in case I even wanted to attempt to use these for my wedding that is on the 22nd and out of town, so my ability to even have flowers for my wedding day is slim to none since it's on a Sunday in Key West. I feel like they are trying to insinuate I'm wanting something for nothing, which is not the case I have been very excited to receive this package and more so when the box arrived today it was very disappointing, I am 46 year old smoker, and deal with a lot of antiques and wood products I think I know the difference between ripping & burn marks versus natural imperfections. I've been intermittently crying ever since. Just get real flowers and Google how to preserve them, or pay the extra money and have them freeze dried for preservation.

Ecoflower does not respond to emails, the customer service number you have to leave a message...Nothing...Want my money back. Their flowers are great but the customer service and getting the orders you paid for do not pan out. They have had almost $150 of mine since May 15th. Still NO Flowers...I have continued to contact them through phone calls (they answered once) and responded to two emails out of multiple calls and emails. Different story every time...Still NO Flowers...wanted to give it one more shot. Placed a $117 order on Sept 1 and STILL NO Flowers. How is this company still in business????? Guess I need to call the BBB and file a complaint and get my money back.

I ordered in May for event in July. I was never contacted to explain delay. I called several times and was told it would be expedited. In December I was fed up and called again and order was still not ready to ship. I complained and now they magically found the flowers to complete my arrangement. I have not received so I am still waiting. I would not recommend lending them your money as without my complaining this is what you can expect. Customer service is unreliable. Company cannot be trusted. I can't evaluate the product because after 7 months I do not have anything. They apologized but after this long I think more is in order to cover my waiting.

Ordered 2 pictures in June. It is now November. I attempted to contact them 3 times by email and 3 times per phone. Got the usual run around and never got to speak to a person, just am answering machine. I have ordered from them before and they were late but not this late. Very disappointed. Will never order from them again. To be fair I have ordered grom them in the past and like their product.

Ordered in January still haven’t received half my order. Emailed them in August and was told they were working on it. Now I demanded a refund and they said they can’t seem to refund my card so they’ll be sending a check. We’ll see. I can’t understand how they can still be in business when people aren’t getting the products they’re ordering. Absolutely ridiculous!! They don’t deserve to be in business. Stop giving them money!

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. 6 months, 9 phone calls where I was lied to numerous times, and countless emails and messages to them, and only when I threaten to call the credit card company do they send me a canned response that they were cancelling my order and refunding my money. 6 MONTHS!!!! disgraceful! I can't say how angry that every time I called I heard everything from "in production" to "overwhelmed with orders" to blatant lies "preparing for shipment". How can a company that was on the Shark Tank have such poor customer service. If you can't fulfill the orders , perhaps you stop advertising and regroup???!!! Perhaps you apologize to your clients that had subscription services? Perhaps you just have better business practices!!
