I placed an order with the Ecoflowe company over 3 weeks ago for a Mother's Day present. However, even though their website promises the turn around time of 15 days for theirproducts, my order will not be arriving in time. I emailed as instructed on your website after the time frame and received no response. When I called customer service, I was told "sorry, there is nothing we can do". I do not recommend order from your company. I can't review the product because it was never received. But I can tell you after 25 minutes on the phone all I got was the run around. They were not able to provide me with any single person to voice a complaint to.

I've been waiting 5 weeks. Nothing and I can't get a response from the company.

I guess I'll contact the BBB and see what can be done. I think it's a faux company.

I ordered on April 4 since they guarantee a 15 day shipment , well you would think after a month they would finally arrive . So I had no gift for Mother's Day . They finally showed 7 weeks after the order date . Horrible customer service if someone answers the phone or replies to an email . The only part that happens fast is the withdrawal from your checking account . I was told I would receive an e gift card to make up for it . 3 months later and zero contact since .

Scammers

I ordered flowers on June 6 the site said give it 2 weeks to make and another for delivery. After 4 weeks I sent an email and received what I later read was a standard statement that they don't know when order will be ready and will email me a tracking number whenever it is ready. Needless to say I thanked them and googled them and then I called my bank and reported them. I also unsubscribed from the multiple emails they send everyday.

I ordered my flowers for mothers day too still have not arrived. I emailed & left voicemails. I called on hold for 15 minutes just to tell me per recording no one can take my call. They charged me may 1st. I'm hoping it's not a scam But this place horrible. Unprofessional if it even is a legit business. Definitely would never order from them again & pass the word on.

Its a scam. They wont send flowers.

I placed an order in January and they never sent it and kept sending messages it was delayed.

I disputed my charge.they never answered their phones it went to voicemail. They said my order was wedding but it was spring bouquets..horrible horrible service

Don't waste your time. They are apparently too understaffed to fulfill their promises to production and shipping on their website. Emailing is nonexistent. They never respond. Only calling will you actually talk to someone that offers an apology but nothing else to help the process. I waited the 15 day production time plus a 5 business day shipping to cal and ask where my order is. It was still "in production" They offered nothing but asked me to be patient. I called a few days later to ask for a refund, they said it would take 7-10 business days, and its been 12 business days as of now, and they are unreachable during business hours.

I ordered 2 white bridesmaid bouquets and 1 navy, white, and gray bridal bouquet on 1/3/17. I received an email this morning (3/21/17) 20 days before I am supposed to leave town for my destination wedding and the day AFTER my bouquets were supposed to arrive, telling me that my order has been cancelled because they do not have the stock to create them. It took them over 2 months to figure out that they didnโ€™t have the stock to create 3 small bouquets. However, their site is STILL offering promotions and operating as normal โ€“ even in the wedding category. It is an absolute JOKE. I posted a comment about this on their Facebook page, warning other consumers about my experience, and within an hour, my comment was deleted and they blocked me from their site. It took them only an hour to erase my negative comment, yet I have called and emailed them over 30 times over the last two months and have only received ONE email in return which was 2 weeks after my order was placed. I have heard nothing from them since then. I called customer service this morning to ask why my order was being cancelled and was told by a woman named Josie that my flowers must be stuck in US Customs. This makes ZERO sense considering my order was due to be delivered to me by yesterday. I have asked for my money to be returned to my credit card or I would be filing a complaint with BBB as well as my credit card company since the goods I purchased were never received. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. This company is an absolute joke.

Same as everyone else. After my wife sent me the link as an idea for Mother's Day, I went online and placed an order with the delivery supposed to arrive between 05/08-05/12, in time for Mother's Day. I ordered on 04/30. Today is 05/15 and nothing . Absolutely horrible. Tried calling, tried emailing. Customer Service Sucks two emails, left a vm, no reply. Customer Service Sucks two emails, left a vm, no reply. I had seen some of the reviews but still wanted these beautiful flowers for my wedding. i ordered the simplest thing possible, loose flowers, and 3 months in advance to be sure to get them in time. i had planed to put together my own bridle bouquet after they arrived. Two weeks till the wedding and no flowers, they have also blocked me off social media and will not give me any real answers or help. They took my money back in February when we first ordered them. it doesn't matter how good your product is if you don't follow though and have terrible customer service.

What about the other hundreds of people, check the complaints on the BBB, or anywhere for that matter. Even there page..:200 comments yet you only can see 5...they delete them and block people. Do a search.

Horrible experience. The company essentially took my money and didn't send the product. Upon purchased production time was 15 business days. After the time passed I e-mailed customer service on 2 different occasions and was given the run around that there was a delay and I would be informed when my item shipped. No update on expected delivery. After over 30 business days I finally contacted to cancel my order and get a refund and no surprise, customer service stopped responding. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes and a recording said the wait was another 10 minutes but I could leave a message which I did. Still no response from anyone 5 days later. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Check BBB and there are many similar reviews.

AWFUL company. Terrible customer service. They reel you in, steal your money, and do not deliver. You can't reach them by phone OR email. They ignore complaints. I bought into their sales promotion, and I also liked the idea of giving longer lasting floral arrangements for Valentine's Day and a very special wedding and anniversary memorial (my father had just passed away). The flowers were to be delivered to 2 different parties within 3-4 days after Valentine's Day. They were NOT delivered, and when I contacted the company by email TWICE, they FINALLY told me that it takes 15 days just to MAKE the floral arrangements. It didn't say that anywhere on their website or on the documentation with my orders. I WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM HAD I KNOWN THE SADNESS AND DISAPPOINTMENT IT WOULD CAUSE. I just lost my father, and relatives and my step mom were grieving, and these were to be special arrangements reflective of my Dad. EcoFlower STILL has not responded to me (3 weeks later), nor have the flower arrangements been delivered, and they don't answer their phones. What a waste of money. I will never forgive myself for ordering from these creeps. They don't care about customers. They are making Shark Tank look bad, too. Untrustworthy. I lost over $150 by ordering from them, and I missed out on giving truly meaningful and special gifts to my family members. Had these arrangements worked out well and been as incredible as they claimed they'd be, I planned to incorporate them into my business and use them for client gifts, marketing, etc., as we focus on sustainability and giving back to the Earth, the needy, and the environment. Too bad that EcoFlower is such a HORRIBLE company.

Terrible

I ordered a bouquet for a special occasion in plenty of time for it to arrive. Not only was it not ready on time, I contacted their Customer Service despartment for over a week via email and phone and never got a response back. Finally after ten days I got an email saying they would cancel my order and refund my money...this has yet to happen. I am very unimpressed with this company and expected better Customer Service. Their products are beautiful on their website but given their unprofessional service you can find better products elsewhere.

Big disappointment

Ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day in the middle of March. Waited and waited. Called a week ago and was told it would be expedited. Nothing. Waited on hold 45 minutes and still just elevator music with a plesent voice telling me how much they appreciate my business. Will be cancelling order. Obviously cannot keep up with the orders seeing that they were on a shark Tank. At least let your customers know it may take a year to receive. Had to wait until the day before Mothers Day and just go "find" something. I gave a lot of thought to the eco flower gift and feel so let down.

Similar frustration - Ecoflower actually sent me an arrangement, but the WRONG ONE for Mother's day. I remember looking at the photo of the arrangement they sent and thinking it was unattractive.

I've called and left 3 voicemails for customer service and sent 2 emails (one with pictures of the mistake).

They have yet to call or contact me - it's been 5 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM - if anything goes amiss, you can't get in touch to change it.

ECO FLOWER IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I WASTED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. They took my money for multiple arrangements up front, then they didnt deliver the arrangements for THREE MONTHS from when they said they would. I could never reach them to clarify shipment dates or any details! To add insult to injury, they delivered the flowers first...then delivered the VASES (that the arrangements were to arrrve in) a month later!!! How embarrassing...and PATHETIC for a floral company. They obviously scammed Shark Tank, also. They've created a huge distrust issue for me for purchasing anything online...and especially from a Shark Tank approved vendor! As a previous comment said, someone please replicate the idea and make it worthwhile and trustworthy! I'm hoping that #betterbusinessbureau #google #sharktank #floralindustry #bridalindustry and any others who deal with these thieves will cut ties with them and alert other consumers before they waste their money. Place an order on march 11 as of may 16 have not received order...attempted multiple times to get refund finally called my credit card and disputed charge...called ecoflower one last time and after telling them my credit card company is getting involved they agreed to refund my money within 7 to 10 business days...we will see if they actually do it...do not buy from these people...was supposed to be easter gift. Then a mothers day gift both holidays have come and gone...terrible service. I have never written a review before about any company but after 2 months of dealing with this situation I felt like i had to...once again do not order from this company
